Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Service Manager 2 , for Capital Health, located in Pennington, New Jersey. This is a 220-bed facility. This manager will manage the Environmental Service Department This facility has nonunion client paid staff of 50 empoyees. This position the hours are primarily 12 Noon- 8:30pm. Alternate weekends and holidays. This position will report to an operations manager on -site. Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction.
