This position has frequent guest contact and provides services that ensure each guest receives an exceptional experience. The Player Ambassador/Starter is also responsible for observing activity on the golf course, maintaining awareness of guest safety and course conditions. This includes politely requesting that non-golfers or trespassers leave the course when necessary, escalating concerns to management as appropriate, and remaining alert to animals or other creatures on the course to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
