Full Time: Job Summary: The Supervisor, Physician Office – GI, supervises physician office staff in daily practice operations to ensure efficient workflows and the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role provides direct support to both front and back-office teams and serves as a backup to staff, performing essential functions in their absence to maintain effective operations and patient satisfaction. Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates Certification. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in Healthcare environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong understanding of healthcare delivery processes in the medical office. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other applicable software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal that present clear and concise information.
