Minimum qualifications: - 15 years of experience in leading organizational growth acceleration, driving share-shifts, and navigating agency ecosystems. - Experience in sales coaching of both sales managers and sellers, and leading an organization through your direct report managers. - Experience in influencing and building relationships at the executive decision-making level (C-level) cross-functionally. - Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
