This role leads and oversees the HR Business Partnering function, ensuring consistent, high quality strategic support across Directorates. Working alongside senior leaders, including Directors and CLT members, the Senior BP shapes and drives the delivery of workforce strategies, council-wide people initiatives, and transformational change programs.
