Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bartender Lead to oversee bar operations while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast paced hospitality environment. This position is responsible for supporting daily bar operations, maintaining service standards, assisting with inventory and ordering processes, and leading the bar team through hands on training and operational support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, the ability to coach and develop team members, and a commitment to maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere for both guests and associates. This role requires an individual who can lead by example, ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation, and support management with operational execution and service standards.
