Night Auditor - Overnight Guest Service Representative Location: My Place Hotel -Grand Rapids, MN Shift Time: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Pay: $16.00-$17.00 Role Snapshot: My Place Hotel is hiring a dependable Night Auditor to run the front desk overnight and complete the nightly audit paperwork that keeps hotel operations accurate and secure. This position is the overnight problem-solver and information hub-supporting late arrivals, handling guest requests, keeping records organized, and completing the audit checklist before the morning shift arrives. What You'll Handle Overnight: You will manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs during the night shift while maintaining accurate guest folios. This includes ensuring charges are posted correctly for room/taxes, My Store purchases, and any applicable pet fees in line with policy. You'll also serve as a reliable resource for guests by answering questions about the hotel, amenities, and the surrounding area-restaurants, shopping, local points of interest, and other commonly requested destinations.
