Help shape the operational engine behind Eftsure’s U.S. expansion Eftsure is one of Australia’s fastest-growing SaaS companies, now scaling rapidly across the United States. Our mission is to protect businesses from payment fraud by ensuring B2B payments always reach the right place. With our CEO based stateside and our Dallas office growing fast, we’re building a high-performing GTM team to drive the next phase of our global journey. We’re looking for a Sales Operations & Strategy Specialist to play a central role in powering our U.S. sales organization. You’ll own key processes, systems, insights, and tooling that enable our teams to operate effectively and scale with confidence. What you’ll be doing: Manage and refine lead management processes to ensure accurate and timely allocation Monitor and analyze key sales metrics to drive strategic and tactical decisions Deliver forecasting, reporting, and dashboards for leadership visibility Streamline workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization Administer and maintain our CRM (HubSpot) and sales tooling (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) Troubleshoot operational issues before they affect the team Organize data and generate c...
