Job DetailsJob Location: Bridgewater College - Bridgewater, VA 22812Bridgewater College, a member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III, is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Athletic Trainer, to begin immediately. This is a full-time, 10-month position, reporting to the Head Athletic Trainer. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide clinical athletic training services for any of the more than 600 NCAA Division III athletes in the Bridgewater College intercollegiate sports program. Act as a preceptor for the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training (CAATE) accredited graduate athletic training program. Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Head Athletic Trainer and/or the Associate Director of Athletics. QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in athletic training or related field preferred, Bachelor’s degree accepted Must possess a Board of Certification, Inc. endorsement as a certified athletic trainer Commonwealth of Virginia License as an athletic trainer (or eligible) Experience in collegiate football and or men’s lacrosse is preferred Certified in CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer M...
