Partnering with a team to create an authentic and powerful service brings you joy. Your music abilities range from instrumental to arranging/producing and singing/coaching harmonies. You have a development mentality and are ready to recruit and cultivate others. What you'll do: - Lead people confidently, authentically, and powerfully into worship - Lead worship services weekly. To include, but not limited to: leading rehearsals and service run-throughs, debriefing weekends, and providing feedback - Develop, build, and guard worship culture at the campus - Establish and maintain the excellence of the environment - Shepherd worship volunteers through pastoral care - Spot, recruit, onboard, develop worship volunteers - Be available for leading, planning, and participating in special events - Lead & develop the student worship teams with the goal of raising up...
