Overall Responsibilities: The CDL Truck driver transports goods from one facility to another using a tractor-trailer. Professional communication for internal and external customers is of utmost importance. Essential Job Functions: - Transport goods from one place to another using tractor-trailer - Represent the company in a positive and professional manner - Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external customers - Keep accurate and thorough records - Maintain equipment in good working condition - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Valid CDL Class A driver’s license - 2 years’ experience driving tractor-trailer - Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen - Must have an excellent driving record - Ability to drive for long distances - All team members are expected to follow the Code of Conduct to the highest standards as well as to adhere to the Attendance Policy of VT Industries Physical Requirements: Tolerance for sitting long periods of time.
