San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance is an international, nonprofit conservation organization with two front doors: the San Diego Zoo and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. We integrate wildlife health and care, science, and education to develop sustainable conservation solutions. HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION: The Education Program Aide provides program-level support in collaboration with other team members to facilitate the learning of diverse program audiences. Program Aides report to the Education Experience Supervisor. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Collaborates with team members, uses inclusive practices, and provides one-one-one guidance to support program participants toward achieving program objectives. - Provides operational support for the Education and Premium Experience programs, including but not limited to scanning program tickets, facilitating program check-in and transporting guests. - Operates organization vehicles on and off Zoo grounds, including electric golf carts, cars and SUVs. - Prepares and maintains program materials. - Operates program technology, including but not limited to audio/visual equipment, two-way radios, computers, walking tour listening devices, and ticket sca...
