We also offer unique services like our ambulatory surgery center and nuclear stress testing facility. We are seeking to add a Clinical Assistant to our team in Pikesville! Our ideal candidate must be willing to work in a team environment, be flexible, and detail oriented. The Clinical Assistant provides administrative support to a team of Certified Medical Assistants and healthcare providers at a specific site. Location: 1838 Greene Tree Road, Pikesville, MD 21208 Shifts: Monday - Friday (Day Shift only) Part Time / 32 hours per week The Clinical Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks up to and including: · Scanning forms, diagnostic test results, and other correspondence into the appropriate category of each patient’s chart within the electronic medical record (EMR). · Completing the full scope of the prior authorization process for medications and diagnostic testing. · Sending normal lab result letters to patients.
