Description This position is responsible for assisting The WellFund Director with overseeing staff onboarding and training, performance metrics reporting, and overall management of The WellFund. The WellFund Assistant Manager organizes, delegates, and monitors tasks and productivity goals for the team by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees. The WellFund Assistant Manager must ensure that methodologies, policies and procedures are deployed to guarantee the highest quality standards. The WellFund Assistant Manager is responsible for coordinating between departments, building working relationships, solving problems and supporting staff. Requirements: Essential Duties of the Position: - Must keep any and all procedures updated - Arrange for the training of new employees and continuous training of current staff - Counsel staff with productivity issues - Appraise employee performance - Providing ongoing coaching and counseling - Communicating expectations - Resolve issues escalated by RevOne Companies staff - Identify workflow/process inefficiencies.
