What You'll Do: - Design and run the Quality Management System across all OPLOG Türkiye warehouses — same standards, same metrics, same audit-readiness everywhere - Own ISO 9001 certification, internal audit cycles and continuous improvement loops end-to-end - Define and track the quality metrics that actually move the business: order accuracy, on-time dispatch, return processing accuracy, damage rate, inventory accuracy - Lead root cause analysis for customer complaints and operational incidents — and translate findings into systemic changes, not one-off fixes - Stand up enterprise customer audit readiness — the kind of quality posture that wins Türkiye's biggest brands - Partner with operations leadershi...
