The Registered Nurse will also provide training to staff and referral information and education to participants. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Participates in referral, medical assessment, and discharge or termination of clients. Participate in the development, evaluation, monitoring and revision of medical issues pertaining to the individualized rehabilitation plans. Provides consultation and training staff.
