Job description
ABOUT THE JOB: As Student Assistant within IMPACTs Operational Center , you will become part of our committed and dedicated Service & Operations team , and be reporting to IMPACT's Manager, Service & Operations. Together with the team, you will be responsible for ensuring stable operations for our clients, troubleshooting alerts, handling incidents and fulfilling service requests of varying kinds. The position is 10 hours +/- weekly, where you will have various daily assignments covering areas such as coordinating tasks with clients and developers, setting up monitoring, improving and documenting processes.
