POSITION: Works Repairers Trentwood -- Spokane, WA: POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor: FLSA STATUS: Non-exempt: SUPERVISES: None: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Works Repairers require a broad knowledge of general maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment in a heavy industry environment including: mechanical, hydraulics, and welding applications. The Works Repairers' essential functions include: - Installs, repairs, adjusts, modifies, and maintains all types of mechanical and electrical/electronic instrument equipment, communication systems, and meter relay systems throughout the plant. - Performs all duties required of plant mechanic, pipefitter, and welder. - Installs, tests, repairs, inspects, adjusts, and maintains in good working order all types of machinery and mechanical equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, gas, and chemical systems, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems within the plant. - Repairs, replaces, assembles, disassembles, cleans, and tests mechanical equipment, machinery components, pipe systems and components, hydraulic systems and components, refrigeration/heating systems and components. - Prepares a...
