We are currently seeking an experienced individual with a background in retail sales and proven leadership skills to take on the challenging and rewarding role of Team Leader. As a Cluster Leader overseeing multiple stores you will be responsible to drive sales, motivate your team of Foreign Currency Sales Consultants, grow key KPIs, and maintain the compliance and safety of your store. It will be your responsibility to work closely with the Regional Leader to ensure that your store is contributing to meet area targets. This role will be overseeing multiple stores including Joondalup, Whitfords, Karrinyup and Innaloo.
