Overview Why We Need Your Talents: Responsible for organizing and stocking the bars with major supplies and beverage products. Responsibilities: Where You'll Make an Impact: - Assists bartenders in the service of beverages to guests. - Maintains service stations, cleanliness of bars and re-stocks to par. - Puts beverage orders away in correct locations, re-stocking of pump room, soda room, and changing out kegs as needed. - Assists guests in a courteous and friendly manner. - Stocks main coolers with all beverage products. - Shovels ice from ice machine into ice bins. - Maintains deep cleaning of all beverage areas and equipment. - Abides by all State, Federal, and Company liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests. - Requires heavy lifting. - Ensures compliance with all federal and state gaming regulations. - Understands all PLCB regulations. - Abides by company and department specific appearance standards. - Performs additional duties as assigned.
