SUMMARY: The primary role of the Assembly Technician is to balance and test pneumatic measurement tools as well as read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical assemblies. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ADDITIONAL RESPONSBILITIES MAY BE ASSIGNED): - Assembly technicians responsible for the mechanical & pneumatic sub-assemblies, including machine tooling and gauge heads - To Inspect and balance pneumatic measurement tools - Calculate air consumption and flow-rates - Perform accuracy and repeatability tests on pneumatic measurement tools as well as others - Integration of a variety of commercial components into tooling, machines, and solutions - Customer interaction with finished product - Work in and maintain a clean and orderly workspace - Understand a “Process-driven” work environment for your team. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO): Help others in final assembly as required.
