What You’ll Be Doing: Apartment Refresh – Repair surfaces, replace fixtures, test appliances, change HVAC filters, touch up flooring and carpet, and apply fresh paint to get apartments sparkling clean and move-in ready. Safety First – Keep a safe work environment for both residents and your team while following all company and industry safety standards. Pitch In – Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs and property upkeep whenever needed.
