Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly. Core Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and lead comprehensive benefits and compensation programs that effectively attract, retain , and motivate employees across the US, Canada, and Brazil. Execute robust benefits administration tasks while identifying opportunities to streamline and bring forward innovative solutions to existing processes. Manage and administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Partner with our external vendors and partners, such as Aetna, WTW, Fidelity, and Delta Dental, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
