Job Description Ignite your passion and expertise in employee rewards and pay structures. Help build a dynamic work environment that empowers our dedicated team and makes us the employer of choice. Please Note: No relocation assistance is offered for this position The role can be based out of our new Boston HUB location at 1001 Boylston Street. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly. Core Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and lead comprehensive benefits and compensation programs that effectively attract, retain , and motivate employees across the US, Canada, and Brazil. Execute robust benefits administration tasks while identifying opportunities to streamline and bring forward innovative solutions to existing processes. Manage and administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Partner with our external vendors and partners, such as Aetna, WTW, Fidelity, and Delta Dental, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
