Job description

The Asset Protection Manager drives store shortage reduction, safety, and profitability improvement by developing and executing asset protection action plans. This role drives process improvement and ensures effective compliance of strategies, procedures, and policies. The Asset Protection Manager embodies the values of the Asset Protection Mission Statement by protecting the company's profitability, serving as a change agent, and promoting a store culture of teamwork, collaboration, trust, and accountability. This is an exempt position, with monthly bonus eligibility. What you will do: - Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative in achieving store objectives and driving the accomplishment of key metrics, sales, and profit goals. - Drive proactive shortage reduction and improve profitability by identifying and preventing incidents of theft, fraud, and dishonesty and leading accurate inventory execution.
