Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, color changes, changeovers and necessary adjustments to insure processes are in control at all times. - Perform daily machine inspections - Re-start Molding machines after first-shot approval. - Clean mold cavities - Hang mold tools - Troubleshoot the machines and peripheral equipment as needed - Enter data onto production and quality paperwork - Assist Molding CPO and PETs as needed - Perform all activities safely, including the use of LOTO as required by company policy. - Conduct safety inspections of equipment and tooling prior to use. - Within the confines of the job, ensure the safe operation of all equipment prior to turning it back over to running production. - Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager - Promote plant goals such as Safety/Housekeeping, Quality, GMP, and ISO.
