A key element to this role will be co-ordination with project managers, stakeholders, vendors, and other PMO’s on management of invoices, budget and cost tracking. Responsibilities: - Track and review invoicing from vendors, facilitate client re-billing via complex tracking of multiple source documents. Familiarity with excel is essential. - Acts as liaison with other finance teams, procurement, vendors and project managers. - Maintain and deliver monthly and quarterly Project Office executive reports to Management including appropriate metrics ( Status, Progress, SLA’s) via executive reporting from applicable tools such as SharePoint, and MS Office suite - Create and enhance as required executive reporting via industry standard toolsets such Power BI, utilisation of SQL in reporting development an advantage. - Support Project resource tracking and planning at a resource and project level via planned and actual time reporting.
