Responsibilities About the Role Peraton has an opening for a Salesforce Technical Advisor to supporting the federal government. You’ll lead the optimization and sustainment of our Salesforce ecosystem to support secure, bidirectional information sharing across the customer base. Working closely with Customer Engagement, IT, and Salesforce delivery teams, you’ll enhance data models, automations, integrations, and Experience Cloud sites to support marketing, events, ticketing, and Partner management—ensuring solutions evolve to meet mission needs with agility and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Refine and maintain the Salesforce roadmap in collaboration with delivery teams. - Optimize Service Cloud configurations for scalable case management, role-based access, and secure data sharing. - Enhance Marketing Cloud capabilities for asset management, campaign automation, and engagement tracking. - Improve Experience Cloud sites for public-facing forms (RFIs, surveys, event registration) and ticket routing. - Facilitate integrations with Jira and Outlook; design and support API-based record sharing using JSON and related standards. - Implement role-based access controls and sharing mod...
