JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE: Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, and working in collaboration of the Medical Director, Clinical Director and MAT AOD Specialist, the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides professional nursing services for this residential substance use program.
