Crane Field Service Technician 1 Department: Diversified Businesses (DIV): Employment Type: Full Time: Location: San Antonio: Reporting To: Paris Liles: Description: The Crane Field Service Technician I provides face-to-face customer service located at an off-site location and is responsible for minor troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning of various light and heavy construction equipment. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development. Essential Functions: - Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards - Performs minor repairs and minimal troubleshooting offsite with minimal supervision - Performs minor troubleshooting and minimal diagnoses of equipment malfunctions and failures - Removes and install parts, disassembles and assembles basic components - Tests and verifies proper operation of all repairs - Prepares and completes all job related documents, wr...
