This role ensures our facility remains compliant, safe, and efficient for patients and staff alike. 🕒 Schedule & Compensation Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Status: Full-Time (80 hours per two-week pay period) 📋 Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight: Organize and schedule all facility maintenance, including fire and life safety drills and regulatory testing required by Federal, State, and local authorities. Contractor Liaison: Coordinate scheduled Environmental Services (EVS) routines across PSS, CSS, ESA, and SDA departments, serving as the primary point of contact for external contractors. Data Management: Document all maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and proactively resolve any identified issues.
