Job Description: The Service Cashier provides a high level of customer service and engagement while receiving payment for maintenance and repairs. The cashier's responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Reviewing the service bill for accuracy and cost - Calculate customer's invoice utilizing dealership software - Ensure appropriate manufacturer of 3rd party warranties were applied if applicable - Receive proper method of payment from customers and record appropriate amount received on applicable repair order - Relay and customer customer concerns, questions, and/or needs to the servic...
