You’ll work with a team of journalists in our newsroom in Ipswich, Suffolk, to get the most out of their stories. Key Responsibilities: You will grow the audience on the brands’ websites, drive digital subscriptions, help reporters cater to our loyal audience, and ensure our newsletters are of a high standard. You will work alongside the rest of the newsdesk editors, motivating, mentoring and developing the reporting team. You will help run the day-to-day news agenda, planning, investigations and campaigns. You will also lead the content mix for the two printed daily newspapers.When other editors are away, you will step up and fulfil those duties.
