PURPOSE of the ROLE: The CCTV Control Room Officer will work as part of the control room team, undertaking the day-to-day monitoring and delivery of security services within the control room, supporting the overall security operation at the centre. The CCTV Control Room Officer will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are always provided to the client and visitors to the site. The control room is part of the public face of the security team and should always act with professionalism, a can-do attitude is essential in this highly influential role.
