Overview Position Summary: This role is responsible for leading the product technology roadmap for the Property & Casualty insurance portfolio, serving as a bridge between business needs and technical execution within the technology organization. The position involves translating product, pricing, compliance, and strategic enhancement requirements into actionable technical tasks, ensuring seamless and timely delivery across platforms. Key responsibilities include defining and delivering innovative insurance services, managing the product roadmap, mentoring junior product managers, and fostering relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams. The role also requires close collaboration with Insurance Product, R&D, Underwriting, Compliance, Engineering, Program Management, and external vendors to track and implement upcoming changes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives to capitalize on market opportunities.
