Job description

Job Title: Cloud Engineer Contract Type: Permanent Time Type: Job Description: The Cloud Engineer is responsible for managing, troubleshooting, licensing, and updating cloud environments. Main Responsibilities: Operate and optimize cloud-native infrastructure, predominantly in Microsoft Azure, with awareness of multi-cloud principles. Manage Azure identity and access (Azure AD, Conditional Access) and integrate with hybrid identity solutions (AD Connect) as needed. Implement and maintain Azure governance policies and compliance controls. Monitor and optimize Azure resource performance, cost, and security posture. Configure and manage Azure monitoring and alerting systems for proactive operations. Automate cloud resource provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep) and scripting. Manage containerized workloads (Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Container Apps) and ensure high availability and scalability. Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for cloud resources.
