Marketing Coordinator - Business Development

Job description

Works within the firm's Marketing Department and supports marketing business development efforts, primarily assisting with a wide variety of pitch/proposal/client meeting materials and brochures; marketing event materials; and ensuring that internal business development databases and project files/records are up-to-date, thorough, and accurate. This role also includes supporting the planning and execution of marketing events, including managing invitations and RSVPs, coordinating invoicing, and overseeing the shipping of materials. Helps with requested pitches, proposals, and RFP responses, including gathering content from existing databases, proofreading/editing content, formatting materials in existing templates, and assisting with print production and delivery. Supports marketing and business development events, including assisting with event planning and logistics; managing event invitations and RSVPs; coordinating invoicing and expense tracking; and overseeing the shipping, receipt, and return of event materials.
