About The Brand Sadie’s restaurant and garden bar in New York City’s Seaport, is bringing New American comfort food, an indoor-outdoor bar experience, and year-round programming to one of Lower Manhattan’s most vibrant waterfront neighborhoods. About the Role: Seaport Entertainment is looking for a Barback to be based in Sadie's . Reporting to the General Manager , t he Barback will provide assistance to the bartenders in ensuring that the bar is properly stocked and prepared for service. This entails a range of duties, including but not limited to restocking supplies, maintaining and cleaning the bar area, and aiding in the preparation of drinks. What You Will Do: Responsible for delivering excellent guest experience by supporting bartenders during service. Greets guests, serves water, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and performs other steps of service as directed by a bartender.
