About the role: The Service Supervisor, Large Motors and Field Services supervises and coordinates warranty management, technical support, parts and service sales activities. You will plan and implement actions to growth revenue through Parts and Field Services Sales. Serves as liaison between outside repair shop network, customers and factories by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees. Education: - Has direct responsibility for all assigned team members. - Keeps the Service Manager informed on performance, operations, and team status. - Establishes short- and medium-term goals and budget projections for the Large Motors and Field Services Team. - Keeps team policies and procedures updated. - Establishes and supports relationships with customer and outside repair shops for the product lines marketed by WEG. - Drives improvements by recommending measures to review processes, the performance of the team, the response time and the overall quality of service. - Keeps and promotes good communication with customers, peers and team members. - Provides technical support to team and customers. - Supervises warranty and technical support, including warra...
