Job Title: Billing Clerk Job Type: Full-Time: About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor and customer accounts, resolving payment issues, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting store operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Resolve payment issues and follow up on vendor inquiries Compile, analyze, and record bills accurately Prepare and issue invoices, memos, and monthly statements Maintain up-to-date customer files, including invoices, bills, and contact information Track transactions and resolve discrepancies between shipping logs and invoice registers Reconcile vendor statements and correct any inconsistencies Provide exceptional customer service and general support to the store location Perform additional duties as assigned: Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred Requirements: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent written and verbal com...
