Delegate work according to staffing requirements and schedules; - Be the first escalation point for the picking department; - Monitor emails to ensure that all daily order requisitions have been met, assigned or handled and intervene when escalation is required; - Support the other supervisor on requests related to planning, tooling, training, new process implementation and process refinement; - Support remote location teams when needed; - Support the Finance department when needed for inventory audits, cycle counts; - Support SAP/ Produmex (WMS) software training and use, including identifying probl...
