Teen Academy is a summer work program designed to ignite teens’ career interest in the Hospitality Industry. Qualified teens can gain valuable work experience, earn a summer paycheck, log community service hours, AND HAVE FUN! QUALIFICATIONS (You must be in one of the following three categories) The relative of a current IHG Army Hotels Colleague The relative of a Civilian DoD Employee A Military Dependent: HOURLY PAY RATE: $17.75: **You must be between the ages of 14 - 17 as of the program start date START DATE - 05/26/2026: END DATE - 07/24/2026: **Start/end dates may vary by school district PROGRAM WORKING HOURS: Working hours are Monday - Friday Working hours are not to exceed 8 hours per day Working hours are not to exceed 40 hours per week We are looking for energetic and conscientious teens that are interested in working this summer in the hospitality industry. Our goal is for you to help us provide excellent service to our guests, while at the same time earning a generous paycheck and hopefully spark interest in a career in the hospitality industry.
