Overview In this dynamic position, you will significantly contribute to Esri's achievements by providing administrative support to Customer Service team members. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support: Our team works closely together to efficiently handle a wide range of requests, contributing to our customer success. This includes proficiently managing a high volume of incoming e-mail correspondence, processing mass customer data updates, ensuring the accuracy and upkeep of customer information. - Order Processing: Accurately and promptly generate sales orders to support internal employees attending Esri conferences and handle large volumes of order requests to support Customer Service and other Esri teams, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. - Master Support team responsibilities: Develop a thorough understanding of all roles and responsibilities within the Support team to provide effective back-up coverage when...
