Corporate Vice President - Product Manager

Job description

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week This role serves as a Product Manager, AI & AI Products within the AI&D Product Management organization. The position is responsible for setting product vision and strategy, managing the roadmap, and driving backlog execution while partnering with teams across data engineering, data governance, data science, and data analytics. In addition to working with AI&D functional teams, the role will work closely with business counterparts across New York Life in Recruiting & Development, Sales, Service, Eagle Investment Advisory, NYLIFE Securities, Life and other products, Technology, and others. The candidate should have prior experience leading development and execution of cutting-edge AI-driven products and driving strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-based solutions leveraging models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and other leading AI providers and knowledge of agentic workflows, reasoning models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks, and other advanced AI techniques.
