Description The Computing & Software Systems Department of the School of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) at the University of Washington Bothell (UWB) invites applications for multiple teaching track positions at the rank of assistant teaching professor. While primarily focused on teaching, teaching track faculty at the University of Washington are also expected to engage in scholarship and service. These positions are not eligible for tenure. The successful candidate will join our faculty on a full-time (100% FTE) basis for a nine-month academic year appointment beginning September 16, 2026. The base salary range for this position will be $11,439-$12,041 per month during the nine-month academic year ($102,951-$108,369 annually), commensurate with experience and qualifications, or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination.
