The role ensures the timely and accurate distribution of inbound and outbound freight, manages special projects, and maintains effective communication with other departments and branches. Responsibilities also include administrative and customer-facing tasks such as scheduling pick-ups and deliveries, coordinating inventory management, and handling customer relations. Beyond daily operations, this position plays a key role in driving process improvements and optimizing the use of warehouse management systems (WMS).
