At RealTruck International, we’re building a more connected, data-driven, and agile supply chain organization, and we’re looking for an S&OP Manager who wants to be at the center of it. This role goes beyond maintaining spreadsheets and requires proactive, hands-on planning and problem‑solving. You’ll help drive how our international business plans demand, align operations, manage risk, and make commercial decisions across RTD, RTT, and RTA. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations and play a key role in turning data into decisions. If you enjoy solving complex problems, connecting the dots across functions, and influencing them without formal authority, this could be a strong next step in your career.
