Summary: The Accounts Payable Specialist, in collaboration with and in support of the firm’s strategic initiatives, performs accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient processing and maintenance of Accounts Payable transactions. Location: This position can sit in our Houston, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Palo Alto, Phoenix, San Diego, San Francisco, or Seattle office locations and offers a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities: · Reviews assigned disbursement requests for accuracy, required approvals, and adherence to Firm Policy. · Reviews expense reimbursement requests for accuracy, required approvals, documentation, including attached receipts, and adherence to Firm and IRS Policy. · Prepares and performs check runs.
