Your Main Responsibilities: - Owns the end‑to‑end process design and ensures it is fit for purpose - Ensures process compliance across all involved teams and systems - Works closely with stakeholders to identify improvement needs and resolve process issues - Monitors process performance using KPIs and initiates corrective actions - Drives continuous improvement and ensures alignment with company governance - Supports implementation of new tools, changes, and process-related initiatives - Provides guidance and training to process participants - Ensures process interfaces with other processes are clearly defined and working - Acts as the main point of contact for questions, escalations, and decisions related to the process.
