Come work at the best place to give and receive care! ​Job Description: The Director of Respiratory Care provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for all respiratory care services across the organization, including our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Level II Trauma, and Critical Care respiratory programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Patient Care Services, this role ensures high‑ quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and evidence ‑ based practice in all inpatient and outpatient respiratory care areas. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Employees are expected to work consistently to demonstrate the mission, vision, beliefs, core values, and standards of behavior of the organization.
