About the Role: OD&I delivery practitioners are the ‘delivery engine’ driving end-to-end design and implementation delivery. This role is fungible and required to flex across all OD&I workforce transformation services and activities, as well as engage in delivery of projects across different divisions and geographies. In addition, this role will contribute to the continued development of OD&I services, processes and standards, while uplifting the workforce transformation capability of business areas and stakeholders.
